Cronus Partners LLC, an independent investment banking firm providing financial and strategic advisory services, is pleased to announce the success of our third Aerospace and Defense Breakfast. The event, one in a series of events covering the sector, was held today at the Hartford Club in Hartford, Connecticut and attracted a wide audience of aerospace and defense companies and firms in the banking and legal community affiliated with the industry.

Joseph H. Lubenstein, Cronus Partners Director, Aerospace and Defense (A&D), presented a snapshot of the financial markets and A&D sector performance. Pratt & Whitney’s Bennett M. Croswell, Vice President, F135/F119 Programs & Maintenance Data and Support Equipment (MDSE), Military Engines, provided an update on the Joint Strike Fighter Program. Mr. Croswell is responsible for all activities associated with the F135 and F119 engine programs. In addition, he leads Pratt & Whitney’s MDSE team, supporting all military and commercial product lines and providing customers with innovative and cost-effective maintenance solutions.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Croswell held the position of Pratt & Whitney Vice President of Advanced Programs & Technology (AP&T) with responsibility for all advanced engine and technology programs. He was responsible for ensuring the alignment of technology development across all divisions at Pratt & Whitney and leading “Military Development Programs” which is focused on the development of next generation military engines. Mr. Croswell is a member of the University of Tennessee Aerospace Advisory Board, the Air Force Association, the Association of the United States Army, the Army Aviation Association of America and the Navy League. He has been a part of two teams that were awarded the Collier Trophy: the first was in 2001, for the development of the Integrated Lift Fan Propulsion System for the JSF Program; and the second was in 2006, for the successful fielding of the F-22 Raptor.
