Cronus Partners LLC is pleased to announce Beacon Hospice, Inc.’s acquisition of the leading provider of hospice services in New England (d/b/a “Beacon Hospice”) from Allen of Michigan, Inc. Cronus Partners LLC acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Beacon Hospice, Inc., a company founded by the CEO of Beacon Hospice, on the acquisition and on the acquisition financing, which included equity capital from Halpern, Denny & Co. and debt capital from American Capital Securities Ltd. Founded in 1995, Beacon Hospice is a leading provider of hospice services in New England. Beacon providing a full range of services, including nursing care, physician visits, social worker visits, counseling, palliative care and radiation therapy in both institution-based and in-home settings.
