Cronus Partners LLC, an independent investment banking firm providing financial and strategic advisory services, is pleased to announce that Joseph H. Lubenstein has joined the firm. Most recently the President of Kaman Aerospace Corporation, a diversified aircraft structures and components company, and a subsidiary of Kaman Corporation (KAMN), Mr. Lubenstein also had a thirty-year career with Pratt and Whitney that included senior management positions in Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing Operations, Program Management, Quality Assurance, and Commercial and Military Spare Parts. He is currently engaged by the Capitol Region Education Council (CREC) as the Industry Partnership Coordinator for The Greater Hartford Academy of Math and Science.
