Cronus Partners LLC (“Cronus Partners”) is pleased to announce it acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Feed Management Systems, Inc. (“FMS”) in its capital raise from Cargill Animal Nutrition. To accelerate software development at FMS, Cargill has provided capital in exchange for a 25% equity stake in FMS. The investment marks a further evolution of the relationship between Cargill and FMS, which in May 2007 announced the formation of a marketing alliance and referral program of their software products and processes that support feed management decisions.
