Marcum Cronus Partners LLC is pleased to announce the success of our sixth Aerospace and Defense Breakfast Forum. The event, one in a series of events covering the sector, was held today at the Hartford Club in Hartford, Connecticut. The forum attracted a wide audience of aerospace and defense companies, as well as firms in the banking and legal community affiliated with the industry.

Marcum Cronus Partners Managing Director Jeffrey S. Rubin and Senior Advisor Joseph H. Lubenstein presented snapshots of the financial markets and A&D sector performance. Kevin Michaels, Vice President of ICF SH&E, an ICF International company, and co-founder of AeroStrategy LLC, spoke on How Consolidation Will Reshape the Aerospace Supply Chain.

ICF SH&E provides regulatory, technical, financial, and commercial guidance to aviation clients, including airlines, airports, financial institutions, manufacturers, U.S. federal agencies, international governments, VIPs, and heads of state. In September 2011, ICF SH&E hired the entire staff of AeroStrategy, creating a market-leading consultancy covering aerospace production, MRO, airlines, airports, and asset management. ICF International (NASDAQ:ICFI) partners with government and commercial clients to deliver professional services and technology solutions in energy, environment, and transportation; health, education, and social programs; and homeland security and defense.

Dr. Michaels is a globally recognized expert in the aerospace manufacturing and MRO sectors and also has significant expertise in business-to-business marketing, customer satisfaction and strategic planning. His 26 years of aviation experience span all major market segments, including air transport, military, business and general aviation, and include hundreds of consulting engagements for leading aviation and aerospace companies across the globe. Previously, Dr. Michaels was Director-Strategic Development with Rockwell Collins Government Systems, a Principal with The Canaan Group, an aerospace consultancy, and a senior project engineer with Williams International, a leading gas turbine OEM.
